Blog 27: Anything

Teamwork is an essential part to succeeding in life. It enables many more things to be accomplished than anything that could be done alone. Many marvels that are built and created are done by a collection of people with unique skills that they use to take the task at hand and achieve their goals. Everything from the medical field to the simplest theoretical ideas are made by a team of people in a factory, research lab or even a classroom. These ideas and collective skills assist each other in managing a problem or an abstract view of something and morphing it into something usable. The people that a team is composed of may or may not get along. The groups with the members that get along tend to have more efficient and high quality work than groups that quarrel or simply don’t get along whatsoever.  There are many times that people find themselves in groups where they do not know the members and before even working together will ask several questions just to learn more about each person. Most people like to build some sort of ground with their group members to feel some sort of connection or simply know more about them.  This curiosity is a common trait that most people have when working with others because there is a need for knowledge for feel some sort of commonality or comfort at some level. Meeting new people really broadens a person’s views since there are so many different people in the world.  So next time you find yourself in a group with people you don’t know, be sure to ask them some questions to learn a little about them. One person who does it encourages others, and a few simple questions can be quite revealing.

  1. I'm not really good at working with other people. Sometime I feel that it is better to work by yourself especially when you do homework.
